Nina is just another typical high school student but unlike any other she is best friends with the “Campus Crush”,Niko. Niko is a handsome, smart, nice, and talented boy. ok enough with the intro..

Their story begun on the 6th of july year 2005, they were at first year high school then. Niko and Nina were once classmates, during elementary school, and since being in a new school is like going into another new place you don’t know, they had decided to stick with each other. after quite some time they had become really good friends. when they were already in their second year of high school Niko joined the school’s varsity, and from then on other girls from the school, adored him. at first every thing is absolutely fine until one of the girls confronted Nina and said “don’t you ever touch our beloved Niko!!”, not just that as days passed Nina also started to became bullied by the other girls at school. so for Nina’s sake Niko asked her to stay away when at school, but also asked her to promise that still they would go to school together, go home together, and be the best of friends until the end. so it was decided, every after school Niko would wait for Nina at the school’s gate. one time on their way home, Nina asked Niko if they could use the other way home and there they saw a wonderful park, full of flowers. Nina said that she would like to go there some time. it would be Saturday the next day, and Niko asked Nina if she could come with him even just for awhile, without specifying where they would go. Its saturday, and Nina was already on the way to Niko’s house but instead of continuing Niko stopped her and said that they would go some where else. It was already afternoon when they got to the park, Nina said to have adored.Nina was so shocked, and happy, for that wonderful surprise.

Nina asked Niko what is it with him, and why do they have to be there.Niko said that he just want them to talk. he said that he already has this special girl his started to fall fast for. and almost all day long, thats what they talked about. when Nina got home she couldn’t seem to get over Niko’s statement “I have this girl i already falling for..”, all night long she was thinking about it, thinking of who is a possible candidate to be that girl, and sooner realizing that she has been in-love with her very own best friend . every time they talk, she’d ask Niko “who is that girl? why can’t you just tell me her name?” , and all that Niko would say is “I sure for a fact that you know her”, being so jealous of that girl with out any clue that it was also she, she’s being jealous of. time passed so fast and now its already time for their graduation. Nina talked to Niko and said “I have to tell you something important, but i’ll tell you on the graduation night.”, Niko can’t stop wondering and very anxious to know all about what Nina would tell him.

its finally their graduation day and as the ceremony goes all thats on Niko’s mind was Nina. right after the ceremony Niko searched for Nina but he can’t find her anywhere. the very next day Niko went on Nina’s place, just to say “where’d you go last night,what is it you’re gonna tell me again?” but she was not there’ her mother said that she left early that day to go to her grandmother’s house, and that she’d be staying there for the entire summer. all that was left for Niko to do is go home and wait for her. every morning Niko would check his cellphone for any text or call from Nina but there has been none. its only a week now and after it they’d be college, so Niko had decided to go to Nina’s place and tell the truth, but when he got there he didn’t saw anyone, not even her mother, a neighbor told him that they had transfered home somewhere in Manila. Niko can’t think of anything when Nina told him about transferring home, and all that he remembered, was Nina saying “i’d go back to this park before college, probably that day before the first day.”. so for the whole week Niko went to the park, till it’s the first day of college.its already the opening of the schools, but still he went there, with all hopes up ,wishing that he’d found her there, but he didn’t found her. because of exhaustion, and sadness Niko cried and talked to him self saying “how did i became so stupid, how did i became so scared to tell it to her before, oh Nina where are you?”, but all of a sudden the old care taker of the park talked to him and asked “boy, is your name Niko?”, Niko said yes and asked why does the care taker know his name , the old man replied “are you looking for Nina? she had been crying here early this morning, she was saying that she was hiding from someone, i asked her why, and all she said was that she had to forget Niko, by the way i remember her wearing a uniform of sacred heart university.”, Niko then immediately went to the university and waited for Nina all day long, finally he found her, he held her hands and said “where were you all this time?”,Nina said that they would have to talk somewhere more private, and so Niko brought Nina to the park. Nina asked Niko how he found her, and that she left because she was mad at him. Niko  laughed and said, “i don’t care if you’re mad, i just want you to listen for awhile, you see….. uhmm…… remember that girl i was talking about…when we were at high school..”,Nina turned back and said “im out of here, im done listening about that mystery girl of yours, who is she anyway?goodbye.” Niko stopped her from living, he held her so tight and said “Nina its you i’ve always love, i wanted to tell you earlier but you closed the connections”..Nina cried and said, “why didn’t you tell me sooner?, all this time the girl im jealous and envy of is me myself.” . after that shocking moment they just talked about their summer, and why did Nina run away from him. they finished college together as more than friends. end of story. thank you for reading.:D
